I will not seek to be understood, but to understand, it is in giving that I receive, in forgiving I am free, in loving I will feel love ~Anonymous Easter is the definitive moment in God’s love story with humanity. "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma -- which is living the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." -Steve Jobs I speak my truth, sometimes this is difficult for those who hear me speak because they get uncomfortable. I know what I know from experience and I believe what I believe because of faith. If my truth makes u uncomfortable then that is your deepest knowing you hold inside shaking your tree and yelling "pay attention and wake up!", but instead you choose to hold on to the lies you've been taught because your afraid to remove your chains and turn on the light. Darkness has become real to you- so be it. All that we ask for we get just make sure you are consciously awake when u ask. FOOD FOR THOUGHT MUST READ Me (in a tizzy) : God, can I ask you something? GOD: Sure. Me: Promise you won't get mad? GOD: I promise. ... ... Me (frustrated): Why did you let so much stuff happen to me today? GOD: What do you mean? Me: Well I woke up late, GOD: Yes Me: My car took forever to start, GOD: Okay.... Me (growling): At lunch, they made my sandwich wrong and I had to wait GOD: Hmmmm.. Me: On the way home, my phone went dead, just as I picked up a call GOD: All right Me (loudly): And to top it all off, when I got home, I just wanted to soak my feet in my foot massager and relax, but it wouldn't work. Nothing went right today! Why did you do that? GOD: Well let me see..... the death angel was at your bed this morning and I had to send one of the other angels to battle him for your life. I let you sleep through that. Me (humbled): Oh... GOD: I didn't let your car start because there was a drunk driver on your route that might have hit you if you were on the road Me (ashamed): ............ GOD: The first person who made your sandwich today was sick and I didn't want you to catch what they have, I knew you couldn't afford to miss work Me (embarrassed): Oh..... GOD: Your phone went dead because the person that was calling was going to give a false witness about what you said on that call, I didn't even let you talk to them so you would be covered Me (softly): I see God GOD: Oh and that foot massager, it had a short that was going to throw out all of the power in your house tonight. I didn't think you wanted to be in the dark. Me: I'm sorry God. GOD: Don't be sorry, just learn to trust me.........in all things, the good and the bad Me: I WILL trust you God GOD: And don't doubt that my plan for your day is always better than your plan Me: I won't God. And let me just tell you God, thank you for everything today. GOD: You're welcome child. It was just another day being your God and I love looking after my children. Scriptural References: II Samuel 22:31, Proverbs 3:5, Hebrews 2:13 An elementary teacher started a new job at a school in Dallas, Texas, and was trying to make a good impression on her first day. So she explained to her class that she was a long-time Cowboys fan. She asked the class to raise their hands if they were Cowboy fans too. Everyone in the class raised their hand except one little girl. The teacher looked at the girl with surprise and said: "Mary, why didn't you raise your hand?" "Because I'm not a Cowboys fan," she replied. The teacher, still shocked, asked: "Well, if you're not a Cowboys fan, then whom do you support?" "I'm a 49ers fan, and proud of it!" Mary replied. The teacher could not believe her ears. "Well Mary, might you explain to the class why you are a 49ers fan?" Mary said with great enthusiasm, "Because my mom and dad are from San Francisco and my mom is a 49ers fan and my dad is a 49ers fan, so I'm a Niner fan too!" "Well," said the teacher, in an obviously annoyed tone, "that's no reason for you to be a 49ers fan. You don't have to be just like your parents all of the time. What if your mom was a prostitute and your dad was a drug addict and a car thief, what would you be then?" Mary quickly replied, "I'd be a RAIDERS fan." When she walks away from you mad: Follow her. When she stares at your mouth: Kiss her. When she pushes you or hits you: Grab her and don’t let go. When she starts cussing at you: Kiss her and tell her you love her. When she's quiet: Ask her what’s wrong. When she ignores you: Give her your attention. When she pulls away: Pull her back. When you see her at her worst: Tell her she's beautiful. When you see her start crying: Just hold her and don’t say a word. When you see her walking: Sneak up and hug her waist from behind. When she's scared: Protect her. When she lays her head on your shoulder: Tilt her head up and kiss her. When she steals your favourite shirt: Let her keep it and sleep with it for a night. When she teases you: Tease her back and make her laugh. When she doesn’t answer for a long time: Reassure her that everything is okay. When she looks at you with doubt: Back yourself up. When she says that she likes you: She really does more than you could understand. When she grabs at your hands: Hold hers and play with her fingers. When she bumps into you: Bump into her back and make her laugh. When she tells you a secret: Keep it safe and untold. When she looks at you in your eyes: Don’t look away until she does. When she misses you: She's hurting inside. When you break her heart: The pain never really goes away. When she says its over: She still wants you to be hers. When she reposts this bulletin: She wants you to read it. ~Author Unknown
